Application Area:These types of filters are used mainly for filtering of process lubrication coolant thattake kerosene as their base oil and used for nonferrous plate/sheet, strip and foil coldrolling mills. It is key equipment to guarantee the enough filtration for processlubrication coolant and thus ensure the surface quality of the rolled products canmeet the technical requirements. 

The main features of this series of filters:· The usual filtering method of common filters is that the liquid to be filteredpasses through a filter medium with a certain pores and the filtering precisionis dependent on the size of the pores. For this series of filters, the requiredfiltering precision and capacity is realized by using an injection pump with acertain negative pressure to spray the filter aid such as diatomaceous earthonto a special filter medium and then letting them deposit to form a filteringcake with a certain thickness. As the filter aid is added continuously during thewhole process, the filtering precision can be guaranteed from the beginning tothe end and thus the filtering precision and filtering efficiency is increasedgreatly.· The filtering process of this series of filters machine is carried out in a multilayerrectangular plate type filter box in a parallel mode. The quantity of layerand stack of filter box can be increased and decreased according to themedium flow. The filtering flow of this series of products can be adjusted withinthe scope of 150-9000 L/min.· This series of filters is vertical design, and the integrating the filter screen, filterpaper (adhesive-bonded fabric) and filter aid into one body makes theirstructure compact and overall dimensions small.· The filter steel structures and profiles shall be subjected to antirust treatment.· Comparing with the same kind of domestic filters, standard parts are selectedfor its all control valves, and PLC automatic operation is applied to filtering and

blowing processes, which makes operation reliable, commissioning,maintenance and service convenient.
